Orders and Shipping

Yes! We are available Monday-Friday 10am-6pm. Give us a *ring* at (310) 598-5010 or reach out by email at customercare@suneera.com. We regularly sell over the phone to customers who have seen a design they love on social media and have questions. Don't hesitate to contact us- we are a small and friendly team.

How long will it take to receive my order? Can I rush my order?

Items in stock: processing time 1-2 days
Items not in stock: 2-3 weeks; once your order is placed you will receive notification of delivery date

If you would like to rush an order, please contact us! All our pieces are made in-house in LA, so it's possible for us to fit your timeline and work with you.

Where can I find your jewelry to try on before purchase?

Let us know what specific pieces you are looking for. We can get you in touch with the closest store where you can try our pieces on before purchase.

Can I pick up my order at your studio?

Yes, we are located right at Pershing Square.

Are there ever special promotions?

How can I purchase a gift certificate?

Do you do gift wrapping?

All jewelry purchased personally or as a gift comes in our signature gift wrapping. If you would like a handwritten note we will personalize it on luxe cardstock.

Our Product

What metals do you work with?

We work primarily in 14K and 18K yellow, rose, and white gold, using recycled material whenever possible. Select pieces from our demi-fine collection are crafted in 10K. All designs can be made in the preferred gold alloy at no extra charge and we can work in platinum or palladium on special request.

What does it mean for your jewelry to be made in LA?

We operate a small studio-office in the heart of DTLA’s historic jewelry district where everything is made with an emphasis on quality, craftsmanship, and integrity. Each piece is made 100% in-house, in small quantities. This results in jewelry that has a hand-made, vintage quality as opposed to the printed aesthetic of mass production.

Our in-house business model also enables fast turn arounds in production and repair, and means that our customers can always work with us to solve problems or customize in personalized manner.

What old-world manufacturing techniques do you use?

Our jewelry abundantly features pavé and hand-milgrain detail. Pavé is a french word for "to pave", indicating a technique for closely setting small diamonds in such a way that almost no metal is visible. Milgrain is a french word for "thousand grains" that refers to an antique method of surface decoration, whereby decorative metal beads are formed with a special tool.

The milgrain beads beautifully compliment the look of budding pavé diamonds and signal an attention to detail that we pride ourselves on.

I saw a piece on social media that isn’t on the website. How can I purchase?

We have a wide range of selection that is constantly changing and evolving. What you see online is a mere curation! Inquire through Instagram, email, or by phone. If you have a screenshot of the product you like, we can tell you if it is in stock (everything is produced in small batches) and give a description & price. We can do special orders over the phone.

Sizing and ReSizing

How do I find my ring size?

1. Using string or dental floss, measure the base of your finger in millimeters. Use a conversion chart online to convert to your ring size.
2. Print a to-scale ring size chart and measure a ring you already own that fits.
3. Visit a jeweler for the most accurate sizing.

How can I choose a ring for a surprise engagement without knowing the ring size needed?

Please contact us. Let us know what styles you're attracted to and we can make suggestions. Depending on whether it's a size difference or a style preference that is the main concern, we will give different guidance. The first time re-sizing is free and thereafter it's a minimal fee.

Customization

Can I bring in my family heirloom for customization/re-working?

Yes, we love to work with vintage jewelry and rework it into a new iteration. It is essential to the process of what Suneera does.

How can I go about designing a custom piece with you?

Please refer to our Bespoke page in the footnote. We outline the process of collaborating on a custom piece.

Can I buy a setting from you and use my own diamond?

Yes, we are happy to accommodate a preference in the stone used.

Returns and Exchanges

If a piece of jewelry is damaged or a diamond is lost, what can I do?

Contact us and we will do our best to work with you. Please refer to our Jewelry Care section for best practices in caring for your treasures .

If I purchase through your stockist, can I follow up with you on repairs, returns, or exchanges?

For any exchanges, repairs, or services on a piece purchased through a retailer, please contact them directly.
