EXCHANGES & RETURNS
We want you to love the jewelry you buy from us. If you are not happy with your order you can exchange or return any item(s) except custom, special orders, seasonal promotions and sale items within seven days of receipt. Email or call with your order number and a reason for the return or exchange. You will be issued a Return Authorization code. We will refund the cost of the item(s) less our delivery charge once the goods are returned or accept exchanges of equal or more value.
Although we check all goods for defects and damage prior to shipment, it is the buyers’ responsibility to check the jewelry upon arrival to ensure it is free of any defects. We cannot accept damaged goods for refund after the seven day period. Sample sale items are shipped as is.
We only accept returns or exchanges for goods purchased on www.suneera.com or www.925suneera.com.
*Please note: you will be responsible for the item(s) until they reach us. We recommend sending all package fully insured through a secure carrier which requires a signature for proof of receipt.

We will repair any item purchased from our online store or our LA studio.
Product purchased through our authorized retailers must be returned to the retailer for repairs.
Please send us the piece for evaluation in a prepaid insured package. Once we look at the piece, we will determine what course of action is suitable. We stand behind the quality of our work and are happy to provide one-time repair/refinishing free of charge within one year from the date of purchase. After one year, repairs may incur a charge. All shipping/insurance charges are paid by the customer.
We do our best to accommodate repair or lost earring mates, but due to the nature of our product and stones, some components might not be available. Half pairs of earrings cost half the price of a full pair of earrings plus shipping.
Ring sizing, or other elective repairs will involve a fee for the service plus shipping/insurance charges.
Our jewelry is made to last a lifetime with proper care. All pieces are carefully handcrafted and require simple maintenance to stay in top condition.
Store your SUNEERA jewelry in the box or pouch provided with your order, keeping jewelry away from extreme heat or moisture. Take care and use common sense not to expose your jewelry to excess sweat or moisture through daily activities. You may wish to clean your gold and silver jewelry regularly with mild soap and warm water to remove particles of dirt or any sign of tarnish. Pieces set with emeralds, turquoise, or opals are sensitive and should be considered allergic to water and commercial jewelry cleaners. We recommend jewelry with stone settings be inspected professionally once a year.
We recommend an annual professional cleaning from us which includes inspecting of all stone settings and re-finishing any pieces that may require it. Contact us if you think your jewelry is looking dull and needs cleaning or inspection. We will send you instructions by email after authorizing repair services. For a small fee after the first year, our annual maintenance offer includes professionally cleaning your piece(s), inspecting all stone settings, tightening prongs, and re-finishing your jewelry as necessary. Replacing stones may incur an additional fee. If a stone needs replacing, we will give estimates and options before proceeding.
Based on the stones used or the design, not all rings can be resized. If in doubt, please contact us at 310-598-5010 for more information. (Keep in mind that your fingers fluctuate due to many factors like water retention, temperature, etc.)
Ring sizing range from $60.00-150 plus cost of materials if applicable. Please contact us directly for pricing of other services. When purchased at full price, engagement rings include one complimentary sizing. Items purchased with a discount are excluded. Engagement ring size fees start at $100.
Please obtain a Repair Authorization (RPA) via email or call before shipping the item. All repair packages should clearly state the RPA code and must be shipped in a prepaid fully insured package. We are unable to accept unauthorized repairs and will not accept these packages. We are not responsible for lost items.
